Freeware program GcalSync offers two-way synchronization between Gcal and your mobile device's built-in calendar.
To get GcalSync on your phone, open http://wap.gcalsync.com in your phone's browser, choose to download for your phone or Blackberry, and download away. After you've installed GcalSync, you need to enter in your Google username and password. While GcalSync didn't work out for me when I tried testing it this morning (my phone wouldn't allow GcalSync to access its data), it sounds like it's working well for others, so it's worth checking out.
